Laptop turns on with a dark screen, but when going near light source I can barely see what is on the screen. What is it and should I do? I troubleshoot it in every way I know. Can you please help?

Dell Inspiron 14 5000: My laptop the keyboard and mouse are not working.. unless if I fold it

My laptop while it's starting it shows that the keyboard and mouse are working but when the frist image of window comes they turns off

In the same time if fold the laptop more than 180 degree they start working..

No could recognize the problem 😕

Could anyone help ?!
