The fan is dead and getting a new or used seem hard. So I end up with an idea to take another fan from Lenovo. Cut the edges with a saw and fitted it. They both three cables fans. Just colours differ.

After assembling it back I can’t get this fan to work. It spins for a two seconds and stops. Any ideas that might help? Or maybe i’ve just damaged this fan with a saw.
