. i quess its a motherboard related problem however i heard the inspiron 1150 also had a common problem with the DC Jack. Do you guys have any clue on what it can be?

Tried it without battery, nothing. Ram reseated, tried one stick at a time, new CPU, reflow + additional solder on DC power connector and to no avail. If anyone could offer help it would be greater appreciated.

No specific error codes are produced, no fan spin or noise or anything, just rapid blinking on the left and right leds on the front of the laptop, nothing on middle led
