Dell Inspiron 11-3164: Screen came off + white cable broke

I’ve had 3 of these. As so cheap I believe, the screen comes detached easily with repeated use. This is ok but there are a black and a white cord. Black I think connects the screen, the white I think is wifi. Anyway the white one broke as no wifi signal picks up. I don’t know how to go about repairing a cable - can I pick up the wifi some other way?

Thank you for any help.
