When i turn the computer on, it says "this computer system is protected by a password authentification system . You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password". Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567: The left click button of my touchpad is not working

I owned my 7566 for 2 years, and the left/right button of the touchpad is not working , I have to click multiple times to have my click recognized by the computer (the tap to click function works perfectly fine).

I tried rebooting, resetting touchpad setting and windows update and none of them worked, any thoughts?

Dell Inspiron 14 3467: Blinking Power LED 1 Long White 4 Short Ember

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 3000 (Service Tag 91T5S53)

I have been getting a constant Blinking Power LED (1 long white and 4 short ember) I cant seem to find the error code online.

The computer works fine with the power plugged in no issues, but when unplugged turns off immediately, which I thought indicated a battery replacement. I replaced the battery and nothing changed, I still get the same flashing power LED.

The replacement battery is recognized in Windows with a 55% charged capacity but doesn't charge any further nor does it discharge.

I tried uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control device driver in Device Manager and restarted the computer, but that failed to fix the issue as well.

I have ran the offline Dell Diagnostic several times but comes back with no errors.

I also ran the Dell Support Assist in Windows, and comes back with no errors as well.

There are no BIOS updates as I have applied all available critical and recommended updates.

Can anyone explain what the issue could possibly be and how to fix it?

Somehow my laptop overheated (book was on top) and now the right side of the frame is bowed and peeled off. The hinges appear to be intact but opening and closing my laptop is not doable without fear that I will damage it further. Hello! I've got this 20 year old Inspiron 6000, and the battery is completely dead. As in the computer can't even detect the presence of a battery. I've gotten it to boot while using the power adapter, so it's definitely the battery (which I have taken out and reinstalled multiple times). It's really easy to replace it (all you have to do is pull a slider, and out it comes-ahem, Apple), so I have no concern about that. My only problem is finding one. I don't think Dell still manufactures those batteries. Does anyone know of a reputable seller that carries these batteries?
