Dell Inspiron N4110: Laptop not connecting to wifi

My work laptop is connecting to my home WiFi but is showing “No internet” so I am unable to do anything. My home WiFi is working as other devices are connected so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the router. I have tried disconnecting from the WiFi network and erasing all the other WiFi networks as well as servers attempts at rebooting. I also tried connecting via Ethernet cable but nothing seems to be working. Just to note I have been connected to the home WiFi with no issues since March 2019 so no idea why it’s happened now.
