Dell G5 5590: My laptop crash and restart randomly

I don’t have the same exact Model G5 5590, I got G5 5505 model, since I brought it I have had a black screen and a random shutdown then restart problem with my laptop. It happens often but some days I be playing games without having any trouble shouting for hours. It all takes one crash and boom. I took it to BestBuy which from where I brought it, they run hardware and software tests, and they found no errors, they couldn’t help much with that as they told me.
I upgraded my RAM from 8gbs to 16gbs and I thought it may be the problem solver, but it’s the same problem, games crash and laptop restart.
I checked on the drivers and everything, still the same problem, I know there is a solution for this, maybe I didn’t know how to fix it.
Is there anything you can help with? Have you ever had problems like this and got solved?

Dell G5 15-5500: Stopped dead while using; Power cord light goes out when connected

I used my Dell G5 15 5500 (purchased in November 2020) mostly for Minecraft and email... a little bit of surfing. It was pretty much plugged in all the time. I was surfing and it stopped working without warning. Tried turning on again but no signs of life... no screen, no keyboard lights, nothing, not even life enough to try POST. I tried unplugging power cord, waited, plugged it in and it looked like there was a spark when the cord was plugged in - also the blue light on the power cord goes out as soon as it is plugged into laptop. I thought it was a bad power cord/brick so ordered a new one. New cord had same result except no spark.... and new power cord blue light also goes out when connected to laptop. Laptop still dead. Holding power button down for at least 15 seconds shows no signs of life. I think this happened within a day of some sort of update, maybe windows update but not sure what type. Does this make any sense?! This has been a great computer for me and still had lots of useful life left, heh, until there wasn't any life at all! Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks
