Dell Dimension 4600: Upgrading Hard Drive on a DELL

I'm helping a friend of mine replace her harddrive for a Dell she has at her business, her old drive crashed. I have succesfully replaced the drive, formatted, and installed Windows XP on the Dell. But now all the images on the display are HUGE, and im pretty sure this is because I have to re-install the drivers for her DELL. She cannot find her Install Disks and we cannot access the internet with her machine. So my question is: Can I download the necessary drivers with my Mac to a thumb drive and then install on her machine?

NOTE: I have used the thumb drive for Windows and Mac before.

Dell Dimension 4600: System freezes don't know cause, occasionally won't boot into windows

Dell Dimension 4600 seems to have a problem that I am unable to identify. The system occasionally fails to boot into windows leaving me with just a blinking cursor in the top left corner of the screen. Other time the system will boot and run for an unpredictable period of time, usually not for more than a few hours and will freeze up, not ever recovering. When it does this the only thing that works for any purpose is to press the power button and hold until a force shutdown occurs. This returns to the initial issue of the system possibly failing to boot windows.

This system has been upgraded slightly, currently running 3GB of RAM and a GeForce 6200 graphics card. Everything else is still original.

I am starting to think that one of the components in the system is starting to die. That being said I don't know where to start to identify which component that it may be. I would like to be able to continue using this system rather than have to get a new computer because a new computer isn't in my budget right now and from what I can find replacement parts for this one are fairly in-expensive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dell Dimension 4600: Windows 10 Pro password trouble

I have brand new 12 Windows 10 Pro 20H2 PCs in my office and i am responsible for them. I set them all up identically however i have 4 that are an issue for me.

These PCs are all networked together, they all have the same username and have administrator rights. The original PCs came with 'admin' as their main user account. These have all been removed. I have set them all to never shutdown, never sleep and I set the sign on option so that they don't have a password. ( The PCs need to be on 24/7).

However 4 of the PCs (every 4 weeks) gets a pop up message;

"your password has expired & must be changed"

I click 'ok'

Then the pop up come up to enter a password in the 'new password' box

i hit return

Then a popup appears "your password has been changed".

So does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Regards
