Tldr: Caffeine run out, fell asleep without unplugging the chromebook (no battery) and the next morning it won't turn on now.

The only noticeable thing i got is this part buzzing when connected to power:

Hello, I purchased a chrome book off of craigslist. I found that it was a managed device ive tried several ways of rebooting , power wash, esc, refresh, power even reinstalling the operating system, but didn't get any accurate results. Is there a way I can go inside the chromebook and reset it from there? It's kinda useless as a home laptop if I can't do anything on it. The model is a Dell chromebook 11

Any tricks to return it to factory ??

I just purchased this and I am trying to set it up for my daughter but it does not have Google Play on it. This is required to be able to set up Family Link and to download other apps that she will need.

I have replaced the battery, but the problem persists. When the device is plugged in it will turn on, when the charger is removed it immediately shuts down.

Dell Chromebook 11 Model P22T: Anyone know where the WP screw(s) are on this exact model?

I have bought this chromebook on E-Bay, and I got it with Admin on it… I took out the WP Screw that I found in it, and to no avail I still got the same thing. I need a account with the organization. It said “WP” on the area above the screw I took out, and it’s not doing anything.

Anyone know if there is another screw there?
