DeLonghi ETAM family: De Longhi ETAM29.660.SB grinder broken

The ETAM29 is a bean to cup machine. Instead of grinding the machine makes a ratcheting sound and displays a message saying fill beans container (already full.) Bought in 2019 so about a year out of guarantee. Any ideas?

DeLonghi ETAM family: Water Pump Constantly running

I have a problem with my delonghi coffee machine. the water pump is constantly running with the water going to overflow tray. As soon as I plug the machine to power socket the water pump starts running (even if machine is turned off). What can be the solution please?

I have a Delonghi Autentica ETAM29.660.SB Coffee Machine.

The milk function has stopped working.

Any coffee option that requires “milk”, the display message shows “preparation underway”, but no drink is dispensed and no steam appears to be produced to pump the milk from the milk tank

I have already tried descaling the machine and soak/clean the milk pump head

I have a rivelia that does not sweep the used puck away. Any help would be appreciated.

My etam 29.66x is not pouring through the nozzles. I have cleaned & descaled the machine. I have cleaned nozzles with tooth pick. Coffe grinds and goes
