Datawind Ubislate 7ci: My tablet is not charging, can anyone help?

My tablet was running low on power today so I decided to charge it at school. But, when I took my charger out of my bag and plugged it in I didn't see the charging icon. Is my tablet broken?

My tablet is continuously showing ubislate 7cz and after that data wind and a black screen and is not showing any approval that it is charging or not .

Datawind Ubislate 7ci: I want to factory reset my tablet.

I have the Datawind Ubislate 10ci, it seems internet has nothing to offer about this tablet at all, I want to factory reset it or update it to the latest software, I have tried everything to perform above mentioned but failed each time, my tablet didn’t come with play store so I had to jailbreak it to get it, it was working fine until some bug hit and everything stopped working, it still works fine but I am not able to download any app, and it downloads certain apps of itself which are totally unwanted, please help me to factory reset it or load an OS which will function in it well.
