DOSS SoundBox: Why is my soundbox turning off after 20 minutes?

I have had my soundbox for a year now with no problems. Recently it started turning off after 20 minutes. I thought it was because I had not charged it but I have charged it fully (the light is green) and I am still having the same problem. I have also tried using it while it is plugged in and it still turns off after 20 minutes.

The LCD panel can not be turned off and the unit randomly makes sounds like it's trying to connect via Bluetooth to my laptop even when it is turned off.

I’ve used my Doss bt speaker for over a year now perfectly all of a sudden there’s only seconds worth of sound when connected to my phone.. however, it works perfectly with anyone elses phones via Bluetooth what’s the problem how do I fix this

DOSS SoundBox: Why is my speaker not working?

Out of no where my speaker started messing up. The speaker will not stay on. It will turn on automatically on it's own then shut off about 2 seconds after. And all the lights stay turned on except the volume circle even when its turned off. And when I turn it on , the speaker will just turn off with the lights on. I cant connect to it. And it's not dead because i left it charging for a good while. And when the speaker is just sitting there it will turn on then just shut off and do that repeatedly. This started happening out of no where and I have no clue how to fix it. I would like to use my speaker and have it working normal again so please help!!

The touch of my Doss Soundbox used to work fine. But last night I put it to charge and since the touch has stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix this!!
