DOSS SoundBox: My Doss Soundbox will not shut off.

It seems to be a common problem that I have with my Doss Soundbox. It will not shut off. The white buttons are on constant. Blue light flashes sometimes when the power button is pressed. Sometimes will connect with Bluetooth but disconnects on its own.

I have tried pressing the power button 5 times holding the last time a few seconds. I have tried resetting it with a toothpick in the aux slot. I have inserted the aux. cord and the light turns red, but still won’t shut off or change.

Is there a fix to this?

DOSS SoundBox: Why will my DOSS Soundbox will only play 1 song on my TF card?

I have a DOSS Soundbox that is 2 years old. It has been working fine, but last Friday, it stopped playing the TF card I had in it. It would only play one song and then shut off. I tried clearing and reformatting the card, but it still only plays one song and shuts off. I’ve tried playing it while it is plugged into a power source, but get the same results. Do you have any ideas on how I can get this corrected?

DOSS SoundBox: Can I replace battery with Higher mAh capacity?

Both batteries are 18650. Using same BMS. But one has higher mAh rating. Is it possible to replace current one with higher mAh ?

My worry is how speaker tracks battery capacity and charges battery. Say original battery capacity is 2200 mAh, is replaced with 3500 mAh with same BMS and everything. Will it charge battery to full capacity of 3500 mAh? or charge level will be limited to 2200 mAh.

Also, would using higher C rated battery damage speaker or components ?

Thanks.

DOSS SoundBox: How can I get the charging port on my sounbox pro replaced?

The GND pin in the micro usb port for the charger is severed. I think it broke while I was struggling to plug it in. The port has been giving me issues for a few months now and I've been using a very fine blade to move the pins back in place to line up with the slot in the charger. Now I need to replace the port because this piece is missing. I’m not good with electronics; I definitely can't do this myself.

DOSS SoundBox: Power connector socket fault

Power input socket on my DOSS Soundbox XL seems to heve broken internally so that input cable plug is loose in the aperture, seems like the contact inside the box has become detached but its not obvious apart from the fact that the plug is not making any contact or being held by the socket.

Can I get the back off to confirm my diagnosis and, if so, how? Its not clear.

Does anyone have contact details for a DOSS repair centre- in Europe?
