DKnight MagicBox II: Magic box will not charge or operate when plugged in.

When I plug it in, the light turns red for a short while and turns off. Believe it normally remains red till charged and light changes to blue. Wonder if battery needs to be replaced. If so, where can I purchase the battery. Thanks so much for your help!

I go to unplug the charger and the whole charger to the speaker comes out

I have never had a problem connecting with the magic box 2. But now when I'm connected to my iPhone and my iPhone screen goes dark I lose the magic box connection.

The charging port (standard charge port such as kindle) will not hold a plug and is now bent too much to work. How can I change it? The speaker is pretty new.

My magic box just recently stopped charging. It beeps while plugged in and has stopped charging all together when plugged in. Do I need a new cord? Or should I purchase a new speaker completely?
