DKnight MagicBox II: Magic box will not charge or operate when plugged in.

When I plug it in, the light turns red for a short while and turns off. Believe it normally remains red till charged and light changes to blue. Wonder if battery needs to be replaced. If so, where can I purchase the battery. Thanks so much for your help!

So my magicbox ii out of the blue refuses to charge. It shows a red light when plugged in, but will not turn on with or without the cable plugged in. I have tried two different USB cables, both which work on other devices, and both have the same result.

I have never had a problem connecting with the magic box 2. But now when I'm connected to my iPhone and my iPhone screen goes dark I lose the magic box connection.

My magic box just recently stopped charging. It beeps while plugged in and has stopped charging all together when plugged in. Do I need a new cord? Or should I purchase a new speaker completely?

When the charger is plugged into the device the device works fine but when plugged out it dies shortly after.

There is no sound coming out of the speakers when the device is turned on. have the volume turned all the way up but still there is no sound emitting from device.
