DJI Spark: Arm Broke Off My Drone

On my DJI Spark drone my arm of the drone completely broke off connecting to the propeller and how do I disassemble my drone from the cap(top part) from the main body?

DJI Spark: Why is my forward infrared sensor inop with no errors

So my dji spark suffered a crash, and fell 53 feet out of the air, lost 2 motor arms, and a motor jammed. I replaced the main body and all effected motors, upon successful reinstall of all hardware, everything seemed to be running in perfect, better than ever, condition. But eventually I noticed, even though I am no longer getting any errors, my forward infrared sensor that powers its anticolision and gesture control, is almost completely inoperable. You can see the infrared lights turn on, indicating it’s sending the infrared signal however, it does not seem to be recieving the infrared signal back, resulting in the drone not having anticolision or gesture control. Is this just a misalignment on the drones sensor? Or does the sensor need to be replaced? Any insight would be great! Thanks.

DJI Spark: Drone camera malfunction and tilt downward

Hi, just got myself a kf607 drone with 4k camera (sorry the device is not listed so i just simply choose from the list).

After a few flight test, the electronic movable camera automatic tilt downward after it bind with either the transmitter or mobile phone(the camera was front facing when turn on the drone).

The camera still work find for photo or video shooting.

So any suggestion to solve this problem.

I found this one for Mavic Pro in your website, and I´m looking for the same for Dji Spark, as I need to fix the charging port of my remote controller.

DJI Spark: Drone not connecting to remote control or mobile device

After switching on the drone, drone aft indicating light is continously blinking yellow.

Drone not connecting to rc or mobile device.

After this drone reboots every 5 minutes.

Tried factory reset using dji assistant app, but no success.

DJI Spark: DJI Spark not turning on after crash

My DJI Spark is not turning on after a 5m fall on its back. There is a red light on the motherboard when i push the power button, nothing more happens. Also the motherboard keeps warming.

Any tips to get it back to work?

DJI Spark: Lost front 3d sensor cover

In a crash, the cover came off and i haven't been able to find it. The front sensor still seems to work fine, but i just think i should try to replace the cover. Unfortunately i can't seem to find a replacement. Can someone point me the right direction?

DJI Spark: No camera feed after a free fall from 5ft

So my dji spark hit a wall while hovering and fell about 5ft. Everything works fine including the gimbal but there is no feed from the camera and its not detecting the SD card.

Getting the following errors too

Aircraft encoder error

Forward vision sensor error

DJI Spark: The peice on the camera broke

hi I flew the drone and landed it and the peice on what I would call the right side of the drone broke there are 2 screws holding it on. I took the screws out and looks like there is a clip that holds the wires on I was wondering if I can just replace that little peice

Hi,

After crash my spark has broken arm and gimbal/sensor issue.

All images, videos and live view has lines across the frame. It also looks washed out.

Drone flyes perfectly, gimbal also works fine.

I’ve baked :) the motherboard with exposed camera connectors, but it didn't work.

I need Your advice,
