DJI Phantom 4 Pro: Is this gimbal yaw motor fixable/replaceable?

Hello,

Long story short… Had a brush with a short tree. Tumbled to the ground (about 8 feet). From what I have learned, it is the “gimbal yaw motor” that is broken. Photos attached. Is this fixable?

I talked to a rep at a drone repair place and he said that if any portion of the gimbal is damaged, the entire gimbal/camera needs to be replaced.. parts $700, labor $150.

Has anyone made this repair? or can you point me to a video? I have been unable to locate one that deals with this repair.

DJI Phantom 4 Pro: Little access door on one leg

I accidentally ran into a tree branch in the yard and it made the phantom 4 stop and it fell about 6 feet. One of the propellers were broken but I replaced that. A little access door on one of the legs popped off and it is not wanting to snap back on. I have tried but get to the point where I am afraid to force any more for fear of breaking it. Any suggestions?

DJI Phantom 4 Pro: Fixing over discharged battery

Hi, i had my drone crashed for 1 year ago, and since it it has been laying waiting to be fixed. I got it fixed yesterday, but i didnt preserve my battery and it is dead. It had no lights whatsoever. Since it didnt took any charge, i decided to open it and charge it cell by cell, i managed to charge them up to 3.53-3.55V each. Now i got lights. But i still cant charge it, when i connect charger it just blinks faster for few seconds and after that blinks slowly. Just like if you turned on the battery. What could be the case?
