I just bought a DJI mini 3 pro that turns out to have severe water damage (it's a little complicated, but I'm not too disappointed). Shockingly, it mostly works (no errors, only the rear right motor has a little more resistance than the rest so it can't quite fly); the previous owner didn't even know it was water damaged. It's been at least a week since it got wet, likely much longer. I'm going to follow this tutorial to clean off the motherboard, replace the ESC entirely, and probably follow the same steps for the camera module (is this safe?). However I have a couple questions:

What is that white stuff? It seems to have been used to glue some of the connectors, but whoever did this obviously didn't actually fix the water damage.

Should I do anything extra/differently because it's been corroding so long?

Can I do anything for the motors (flight and gimbal)?

Are there any listings for the thermal paste on amazon that could arrive quicker with prime? I couldn't find any.

DJI Mini 3 Pro: DJI RC remote batteries drain after 45 minutes

I have the DJI RC that I use with my drones. The battery life should be 2-4 hrs but I only get about 30-45 minutes of run time on mine.

In the past I’ve drained the batteries until the remote shuts down, then I’ve opened the remote and unplugged and replugged the batteries. After that the remote shows that it has about 65%-70% battery left, when I haven’t even recharged it from the first time. The remote then works great for a few more weeks, then it starts having issues again.

Any ideas to why this happens?

Is that because of bad batteries?

Bad software? (I’ve factory reset it 2 times)

DJI Mini 3 Pro: Can anyone recommended repair service?

Ive purchased the tools needed to open up my drone after the gimbal was detached from one end. I've found the broken part...but I'm afraid I don't have the hands or eyes to to the work myself. Can anyone recommended repair service? I see a lot of companies out there, just wondering if anyone has used any of them.

DJI Mini 3 Pro: GPS module not detected

After a crash, the drone does not detect its gps / IMU module.

There is no apparent damage on the drone, but it can’t detect gps anymore, the gimbal doesn’t move, and the IMU reports an error.

With that, the drone motors won’t start.

Everything else works. Still can take pictures, make films, etc.

Could a gps/IMU module have been broken at impact, but not no physical damage in the outer shell?
