DJI Mavic 3: DJI Drone bound to account?

I have a DJI Mavic three I just bought off eBay and it says that it is bound to another account i called DJI and the said that they will do nothing I’m a little lost cause I spent so much money on it. I want to be able to fly it is there anyway that this can be on down from the previous owners account? I don’t know who owns the account though. Can anyone help with this

I bought an crashed dji mavic 3 classic and i cant bind it to my controller i cant see wideo feed. dji assistant told me it will be working fine after my repair turns out its not working well. i cant refund it becouse time for refund its up and i just dont know what to do.. any suggestions?

Anyone who knows to fix drones need help with a CN drone need to convert it to Universal , i was scammed someone sold me a CN version now i am stuck with it cant fly it.
