CyberPowerPC Fangbook MS-1763: Cpu fan not kicking on

Been having issues with my cpu fan not kicking on. When for some reason it does j leave it on bc if not it overheats and shuts down. I've replaced the fan, the connectors are good, no dust/debris build up. My laptop does not have the BIOS option to check fan or adjust anything for that matter. Any idea why it doesn't kick on when I have the fan turned on with the touch button? It's becoming frustrating, thanks. All drivers and everything are up to date. Currently running windows 10
