Cub Cadet Riding Mower: My ltx1000 riding mower will not move and cannot push it.

When started and running it dies when you let you foot off the brake. You cannot push it. I checked for locked up brakes and they are free. I have it on jackstands and the right rear wheel off while checking the brakes. I moved the neutral lever back and fort and do not feel it doing any thing. Tried it in every position and still will not work. I have been looking for a repair manual before I dive in and start taking it apart. Is there a way to check the drive while off the ground, on jackstands. When I research problem I get many answers. Belt. Seat safety switch. Brake safety switch. I ti never had any indication of a problem. Put it away and when tried to use it. That was all she wrote.

Cub Cadet Riding Mower: Oil coming out of fuel pump & white smoke from exhaust

I recently changed my spark plug, air filter, oil, and fuel pump on an old LT1018 riding lawn mower and when starting it up today it was billowing white smoke. Many sites said it could be overfilling the oil so I drained off a bit and now am on the low end but still “OK” per dip stick. The main issue I see now as noted in the title is there is an oil mix coming out of the fuel pump when in higher throttle which also causes the engine to “pop” and I believe is the cause for the white smoke. Any suggestions on what I should do? Replace fuel pump?

Cub Cadet Riding Mower: Installed replacement tires on front. Now tires slide on axle

I just replaced my original cub cadet riding mower front wheels with aftermarket ones I found on Amazon. They are the same size and I used all the washers and cotter pins holding the old ones on but now the tires move along the steering arm as you turn causing them to rub. How do I fix or do I need different tires. I had a hard time nailing down which tires to get.
