CR-10S PRO: Stiff adjustment wheels on bottom of bed.

One of the adjustment wheels used for leveling and home settings is stiff and wont turn one direction making the bed uneven when homing. Anyone know of a full disassemble and reassemble video or guide I can follow to fix it? Thank You!

CR-10S Series 3D Printer: I can't update my firmware.

I installed BL touch on my CR-10 S5, and I tried to follow updating the firmware. But the compiling is always fail. I downloaded numerous versions of marlin for cr-10s 5. None of them works.

CR-10S PRO: How to calibrate touch screen

How do I calibrate the touch screen? After installing Tiny Machines OS and running a few prints, the touch screen became uncalibrated. Touching the screen actually touches about a half inch above where you're touching. The bottom icons are no longer able to be pressed. I've tried reinstalling the original Creality OS as well as reinstalling Tiny Machines. Please help.

Does anyone know what size screw the CR-10 V2 uses for the screw that fasten the heating cartridge to the heating block?

CR-10 V2: Control knob got stuck then snapped off and I don’t know what to do.

I was trying to use my CR-10 which I had just bought, and the knob started getting stuck every so often. I didn’t think much of it until it permanently got stuck in a compressed position and then snapped clean off when I tried to jimmy it free. Now I don’t know what to do. Are there replacement assemblies that I can buy and install, or is my printer just officially done for?

are both fans on the extruder supposed too run full speed all the time? This printer was working just fine, all the sudden the filament would not melt. Dose the mother board need to be flashed?

CR-10S PRO: Why printer "Homes" 4" above build plate?

My brand new printer during preparation to print "Homes" the print nozzle approximately 4" above the center of the build plate. I have reached the limits of what I know trying to fix this. I am now wondering if this could be a software coding issue telling it the wrong height for the Z axis. I have also been in contact with the company and they have been offering help as best as they can through emails but none of their fixes have helped.

CR-10S PRO: Touch Screen only can access the Settings Menu

Out of the box, the CR-10S Pro V2 can:

- Print 3D Models ( Only through the Splicer program that came with the product )
-accuses products Touch screen "Info" option in settings menu.

Out of the box, the CR-10s Pro V2 cannot:

- Touch Screen can not accuse any of the menus ( Heating , printing , leveling )

- Printing ,heating,leveling menus will not " open " when the user pushes the screen to open the menu only "Info"in sub menu will open in the Settings main menu.

The machine is currently in an unusable state without the ability to set the heating, printing, and leveling parameters.
