Craftsman Table Saw 137218072 2017: Table saw stopped working

This Craftsman saw has not been used in four plus years sitting in a shed. I turned it on with an extension cord and it fired up for about 2 seconds I unplugged extension cord I tried to plug it back in and it will not turn on. I know there's a reset button and I try to push it but it won't work. Any suggestions

I have a 137.221940 craftsman table saw without any fence or blade guard assy. I have had zero luck finding in parts the match this table saw. Does anyone know if the other 137 series saw blade guard or fence work ?

It was given to me by a close friend. All I had to do was build a base around the broken base. So I did. He said he messed with the wiring one day and now it doesn't turn on. I'm needing wiring diagram
