It doesn't work it is full charged and it give a light but it doesn't give any sound and the volume is up

I've tried removing the covers every way and nothing works; I don't want to break anything by taking them off.

Cowin E7: Head phone swivel broken; want to repair it

Swivel point at headphone end of extension is broken.

It appears that the broken part is two pieces. It also appears that if I had a replacement part that I could remove two screws to remove the old part. However the male portion of the swivel appears to fit into the earpiece 'fork' behind a rectangular plastic door that likely must be pried out. I assume there is a form of washer or split washer that holds the swivel male portion into place. Any idea if Cowin still supports these with parts?

Cowin E7: Won’t turn on

I’ve had my headphones for about 4 years now, and I’ve never really had a problem. Today they won’t turn on. They charge perfectly fine, the light comes on, my battery pack turns off when it’s full etc. but now when I use the switch it doesn’t light up or make sound or anything. I suspect it may be a wiring problem from 4 years of heavy use. Any suggestions?
