I have a Corsair Void Pro and the mic on it is completly broken i have soldering tools but i just need the mic is there anywhere i can get it, also the arm on the mic is broken if you need pictures i can send them. Where can i find these parts?

Corsair Void Pro RGB: Wire in the mic arm is broken

I have the corsair void pro (wired, although I’m not sure it matters) and I believe the wire in the mic arm is broken. There is no audio picked up from the mic unless the I bend the arm a certain way which I am assuming means the wire is temporally reconnected, so I have mic feedback at that position. Is there any hope for my mic to be fixed? Is there anyway I could try and reconnect the wire or buy a new part? I am new to IFIXIT so tell me if I am missing something obvious. I appreciate any responses.

Corsair Void Pro RGB: [Wired] Anyone willing/able to make USB cable repair guide?

The Corsair Void Pro RGB listing on the site seems to exclusively focus on the wireless version, and as such, there’s no information about repairing/replacing the USB cord if the outer casing is damaged, etc.

I have a set of these headphones, and obviously, I have this issue - the outer USB casing is damaged in spots, leaving the wires themselves exposed, and recently, presumably because of this, I’ve had issues with intermittent static.

I’d love to try to fix them, but I don’t know where to start, and I was hoping someone here could maybe provide a guide.

Thoughts?

hello, i need help fixing my headset, the right ear stopped working, i opened it up and noticed that little chip that is glued to the speaker unglued, i tried re-gluing it but it still doesn't work.

i unglued the one on the left earphone to try to understand the issue, but once i put it back the left one doesn't work!

how exactly do headphones work? could it be that it wasn't just glue? (it sure looks like it! and it wasn't solder or anything conductive i think)

the cup fell off the headphones entirely. i opened it and saw the plastic where it connects is chipped so i glued it back on but i can get it to fit back in by pushing it in.

I bought a li po battery with only 2 pins on it instead of 3. Can I still use this? Based on my research i can use a 10k fixed resistor. Anyone know how I can do that? Any help will be much appreciated.

Corsair Void Pro RGB: I left the headset charging overnight and now it's not working anymore

i left the headset charging over night and now it's not working at all
no lights
doesn't show up when connecting it to my pc (so that means it's not in a bootloader mode)
i disassembled it for now but not really sure what to do next
how can i troubleshoot the problem ?

So the battery connects via a 3pin connector in the right ear. Instead of soldering and replacing the busted Micro USB, would a simple alteration be possible to just route power via an added right-side USB C into the 3-pin connector the battery would normally use?

Corsair Void Pro RGB: Charging light turns on and off

Hi,
The charging light on the headphones keeps turning off and on probably due to a problem in the charging port which means charging cable keeps disconnecting. Is there a way to fix it without replacing the port itself. Maybe I can check if the connections are firm? I don't know how to do that.

The switch works, however other person can hear crackling when mic is turned on when moving the mic around. I am thinking of ordering a mic assembly and replacing it. any help or advice welcome, thank you
