Altec Lansing Computer Speakers: What can I do with these?

I have these old Altec Lansing computer speakers. I would like to use them but the connects do not match anything on my computers. Any ideas on how I can rewire these (new connectors?) so that they can be plugged into my computer? The only two connectors/wires coming from the speakers are the ones shown.

Thanks

Update November 5,2017

Here are more images as requested by Oldturkey. Thank you Oldturkey for your time and help. You are correct, it is the VS4221. Still not sure if this is going to work but hoping to avoid throwing these speakers away. Also, do not want to spend much money to make these work - I know this is a tricky balance. I have not used a multimeter yet but I wanted to share these images in case this helps. I am a high school teacher so my time to get projects like this done is very limited, but I will try to work on it a little at a time.

Water Dancing Speakers: Sound works fine, water won’t shoot up.

I bought a Sylvania water dancing speaker a while ago. Sometimes i have the tendency to leave my speaker on while i run a quick errand. I once left it on, thinking i wouldn’t take long — i was wrong. It stayed powered on several hours without any music playing, so when i got back i noticed the water wasn’t shooting up. Usually all i had to do was power off, & power back on to get the water to work fine again. This time it didn’t, the sound works fine. It lights up, but no water goes up.. Yet it’s still got water in it. Same amount as when i bought it. Can i easily fix this at home? Thanks!

Computer Speakers: New speaker sound very soft

I just installed two “new” speakers from iFixit in my MacBook Pro late 2013. They installed without any problem, but when at maximum sound they are not very loud and are about 1/2 the volume they should be. At half volume I can’t even hear sound, at 3/4 it is just recognizable.(These speakers are considered used when I purchased them because of the age of my computer.) Is it likely that the speakers are just not working or that I have something set incorrectly? I have gone into the sound settings and moved it left to right and both seem to be the same volume. What should I try next?

Computer Speakers: Cambridge Soundworks Microworks speaker sound off and on

Stereo sound from both speakers and suddenly the sound drops from one speaker. Adjusting the volume control doesn't seem to get it back on; however, adjusting it while both speakers are working can stop sound on one speaker. It's always the same speaker side but not the speaker itself as I've switched them to test. Its not the wiring because I've tested that too.

Could it be bad 3.5 mm mini plugs? There are actually two audio jacks on the subwoofer and switching the speaker wire between them doesn't correct the situation.

I appreciate knowledgeable advice. Thank you.

I googled every edge of the internet and could not find any kind of helpful information. No one sells Control pod separately, no information about schematics or if there is alternative way to power Mako without Pod. It would be great if there is any kind of way to get schematics so there is a chance I can fix it. Anyway if you guys have any idea how to fix my problem I'll be thankful to hear.
