When I attemt to connect to my wifi it just says out of range or authentication problem. My other tablets, my laptop, and my phone all connect to the same wifi network just fine. Help please.

I can't read the polarity on my coby mid9742 The paint has worn off so its hard to read and I got a universal charger to charge it but I want to set polarity right. can anyone help me?
