Cisco Unified IP Phone 7911G: Question Title Cisco VoIP phone drops calls after firmware update

My Cisco IP Phone 8841 started randomly dropping outgoing and incoming VoIP calls after the latest firmware update. The phone successfully registers with the SIP server, but calls disconnect after 10–30 seconds or sometimes fail completely.

Things I already tried:

Restarted the IP phone and router

Reset network settings

Re-entered SIP credentials

Disabled SIP ALG on the router

Checked internet stability

Factory reset the phone

The issue started immediately after the firmware update, so I’m wondering if this could be a compatibility issue with the SIP server or a firmware bug. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a stable fix?
