The phone successfully registers with the SIP server, but calls disconnect after 10ā€“30 seconds or sometimes fail completely.

Things I already tried:

  • Restarted the IP phone and router
  • Reset network settings
  • Re-entered SIP credentials
  • Disabled SIP ALG on the router
  • Checked internet stability
  • Factory reset the phone

The issue started immediately after the firmware update, so Iā€™m wondering if this could be a compatibility issue with the SIP server or a firmware bug. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a stable fix?
