Chromo Inc. T2: forgotten password, how do I factory reset?

My daughter put a password on her Chromo, Inc. 7" tablet (without permission) and has forgotten the password. Is there anyway to reset it? I cannot get customer service to answer this and they have no number to call. It also is not in the tiny "booklet" they call a user manual.

I try to turn on my tablet by just holding on the power button for about 3 seconds but it would not turn on. After that, I tried holding down the power button for approximately 30 seconds, but still no luck.

My tablet won't turn on I tried everything. I plug it in and it shows drained battery sign then it says its charging and then 3 seconds later the screen goes white. What do I do to fix it?

Chromo Inc: My chromo tablet shows the chromo logo, then turns off

i charged my chromo tablet all night and when i woke up i pressed the on button and it shows the chromo logo like its supposed to, but then it turns off. and then the logo keeps popping up again and shutting of until it stops completely. i don't know what to do and ive even tried the whole factory reboot method, but nothing is working. i just really want my tablet to be fixed and there has to be some way to do that without spending money on a repair man.

I have a Chromo Inc Tablet, I recently got for my birthday.. I put my tablet in my purse and i carried my purse around with me all day.. but i did not have anything that could crack the screen in my purse, when i got home i gently grabbed my tablet and the screen is partially cracked and unresponsive to touch, only on the very bottom of the screen it will respond to touch but the top and the middle of the screen is unresponsive..I've only had that tablet for 1-2 months.. How do i fix this? do i have to get a new screen? Im worried about loosing my data, I have IMPORTANT data in the device, i have things in that device that are important and i cannot get past the security screen, Please help.. Thank you SOO much!

I have charged the tablet and it starts up, but the screen then shows the lock symbol. The manual just tells you how to lock not unlock.

Chromo Noria: It will not longer power on.
