Chromo Inc. T2: Why wont my tablet charge past 2%?

My tablet will not charge past 2%. I have tried 3 different chargers and it will not charge at all. The tablet is not damaged and i just got it off amazon a few weeks ago.

I have charged the tablet and it starts up, but the screen then shows the lock symbol. The manual just tells you how to lock not unlock.

Chromo Inc. T2: forgotten password, how do I factory reset?

My daughter put a password on her Chromo, Inc. 7" tablet (without permission) and has forgotten the password. Is there anyway to reset it? I cannot get customer service to answer this and they have no number to call. It also is not in the tiny "booklet" they call a user manual.

My tablet won't turn on I tried everything. I plug it in and it shows drained battery sign then it says its charging and then 3 seconds later the screen goes white. What do I do to fix it?

I had to reset my device with the, "factory restore", I didn't re-set my Google account (locate my device). My question is, can I login to my account, via my phone, and use my previous account info. before I re-set It, to find it? I don't know if it's dead or my old account won't find it anymore.

I just received this tablet, it was used but I factory reset it before using it. I can't run any app I've downloaded, they run extremely slow for about 2 minutes then say 'soandso app is not responding' and closes. The person I got it from said they had the same issue. I purchased this tablet for my 3 year old grandchild. I've been trying to add my existing gmail email account and it brings me to the settings for wifi. It tells me that there is an authenticating problem. There is not a problem with the wifi server in my home. I have several things being used by my wifi with no troubling issues. I don't want to return the tablet and case back to Amazon.
