Chromo Inc. T2: forgotten password, how do I factory reset?

My daughter put a password on her Chromo, Inc. 7" tablet (without permission) and has forgotten the password. Is there anyway to reset it? I cannot get customer service to answer this and they have no number to call. It also is not in the tiny "booklet" they call a user manual.

I try to turn on my tablet by just holding on the power button for about 3 seconds but it would not turn on. After that, I tried holding down the power button for approximately 30 seconds, but still no luck.

My tablet won't turn on I tried everything. I plug it in and it shows drained battery sign then it says its charging and then 3 seconds later the screen goes white. What do I do to fix it?

I have charged the tablet and it starts up, but the screen then shows the lock symbol. The manual just tells you how to lock not unlock.

I have tried to download music and videos several times and my tablet will only download files to the internal memory. I have not been able to find any way in the settings to change the storage to my sd card.

My tablet will not charge past 2%. I have tried 3 different chargers and it will not charge at all. The tablet is not damaged and i just got it off amazon a few weeks ago.

I had to reset my device with the, "factory restore", I didn't re-set my Google account (locate my device). My question is, can I login to my account, via my phone, and use my previous account info. before I re-set It, to find it? I don't know if it's dead or my old account won't find it anymore.

I just received this tablet, it was used but I factory reset it before using it. I can't run any app I've downloaded, they run extremely slow for about 2 minutes then say 'soandso app is not responding' and closes. The person I got it from said they had the same issue. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing has fixed it. Please help!

I download my MP3s from my Google Drive to my tablet & they go into the Download app on my desktop, but when I try to listen to them on the default music player, they aren't found. When I have doubles of songs I already had in the music player, it asks me if I'm sure that I want to delete it from my SD card (internal); so I think it will only delete 1 but it deletes both & when I try downloading it again, it goes to my Downloads app but unable to see it on mydefault music player & when I try to find a way to put it back in the SD card, there's no way to do so. PLEASE HELP!
