Chromebook Flip C302: Can this model be repaired to get Chrome OS updates?

Google no longer provides updates for this model, so it is no longer secure. Is this repairable under the new right-to-repair policy for some Chromebooks? And if so, then about how much would it cost? Other than that, this Chromebook is still in like new condition so it seems a waste not to be able to use it online.

Chromebook Flip C302: Battery LED blinking - not charging

My chromebook ASUS C302 is plugged to the wall yet is not charging. The LED on the side is orange and blinks slowly (not fast blinking). When I turn it on, I see that it is charging (bolt in battery icon) yet when I run a crotch, it says that the battery is discharging even tho it is plugged. It also says that battery health is 82%.

Chromebook Flip C302: wireless mouse/keyboard no longer work w/ usb c ports (still charges)

All of the sudden, my usb c ports stopped recognizing the receivers for my wireless mouse and keyboard. I checked and they do work with a different laptop (macbook). Luckily, it still charges. I cleaned out a bit of dust from both ports but that didn’t fix the problem. I would be open to replacing the ports if that’s a viable option (I do have a soldering iron though I’ve never used it on electronics).

Any thoughts/guidance would be very much appreciated!
