My Charge 3 is out of warrenty, I live in India, we don't have any Fitbit service centre here.

My Charge 3 device screen first developed black sections slowly the whole screen went black , now can't see anything on the screen.all other functions work fine .

Tried rebooting, hard restart multiple times, but to no avail.

Kindly help in giving a solution!

As you can see in the image my fitbit charge 3 has three ribbon cables coming from the screen where the one of the teardown has only 2. My replacement screen also only has two. Can anyone explain this? What kind of connector is this?

I have had my Charge 3 for about 2 years now, and the battery is only lasting like a day now, as opposed to the 5+ days it used to. I was hoping to be able too buy a replacement battery and replace it, but I have not found a teardown guide for it. Has anyone done this yet?

i used below steps to switched on:

Power cable connected.
I pressed the button and holding on it for 10 sec, but its not switched on. Its getting continuous vibration.

So recently Fitbit sent me a replacement charge 3 after my old one got lines in the screen, so i reset my old one, plugged in the new one and tried to set it up, at first it was downloading updates but when i had to plug it back in after it disconnected, it stopped and i had to do the whole setup all over again, but for some reason everytime i do so it just gives me the “not working?” Screen when i entered the numbers and it attempts to connect, i tried on other devices that were incompatible and then tried in an area where the old fitbit signal is likely not to reach, but nothing! Right now im just waiting for the battery in my old one to die and see if theres any improvement, so far i have rebooted the phone and the fibit multiple times, same with bluetooth, i tried moving location, charging the fitbit to 100% and so on. But nothing is changing!

What in the world is going on with my fitbit???

Plz help me!

I purchased a fitbit last year September. In October the Fitbit had to be replaced as it was faulty. Now a year later it is not working.

Do not tell me to do a hard reset - I HAVE!!!!!!!

So that means that I paid a small fortune for a watch to last 1 year.

I would strongly NOT recommend anyone to purchase a Fitbit.

I have heard too many people complain that their device only lasts a year.

I am unable to find a supplier / repair service in SA to fix it.

TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
