Poulan Chainsaw: Just replaced carb with new and I'm attempting to ajust

I've got a p3314 poilan attempting to ajust air and gas mixture it'll start and run for a second then the idle will start idling hi and die before I'm able to ajust anything

Oil supply not working... it's LUKZER battery operated 12" chain saw already cleaned washer inside the but couldn't find anything wrong... but still not supplying oil to chain...

Black And Decker Chain Saw LP1000 TYPE 1 2016: The lower jaw and top jaw no longer fit together

The lower jaw closes slightly above the top jaw and has a some play from side to side. youTube has a video on “replacing the lower jaw” which is so slack the user cannot direct the cut properly. The solution turned out to be a worn gear. Another issue discussed talks about the top jaw needing to be replaced for this problem. I can send a picture. Can you provide me with some insight, please. The Lopper is about 10 years old. The Lopper also has a loot of different screws and bolts that need to be removed. I you can suggest some tools from your shop, I will appreciate it.
