Cen-Tech Seven Function Digital Multimeter: My meter does not work

My meter blinks -1 and if I touch probes together on continuity the blink stops but meter does nothing else.

Curious if there's needle probe leads that will fit this multimeter that I can order online. It looks like thse are a differentsize than usual.
