Casper Glow Light: Wireless Charging base failures or options?

I’ve had FOUR chargers go bad on me. When I contacted Casper about the first one, they sent me two more. That’s not a good sign. Those charging bases are notoriously prone to failure. There’s two pins to connect to the light to chargé and they constantly get pushed into the charging base and stop charging the light. Anyone got another way to charge the Glow light? Or repair the charging base pins?

Casper Glow Light: would it be possible to replace the AC plug with a usb plug?

I’m looking to replace the 2 prong AC plug with a usb plug. The AC plug is bulky and does not fit on my power strip, plus a usb would allow me to me plug it into my laptop etc. as well. Thanks!

Casper Glow Light: Anyone know how I might replace the battery in a Casper Glow Light?

I’ve had this Casper Glow Light for a couple years. Now the battery doesn’t last very long and I have to keep it on the dock. Occasionally, it’s not in the dock quite right and by morning time when the light is supposed to wake me up, it doesn’t turn on.

There’s only two buttons on the thing on either end and those are the only two possible access points. I’ve wondered if I could somehow get to the battery through here, with no luck so far.

Am I just SOL?

Casper Glow Light: But now one of the two pogpins is broken

I live in Switzerland and have always charged my glow with a US-EU adapter. But now one of the two pogpins is broken and i need an other way to charge it. At the Moment i use a Labor Power Supply and charge it directly.

Output: 9V / 2A
