Casio fx-82ES: How to remove f(x) always showing it

in my calculator i cant find any answers because it is always showing f(x) in it

My calculator answers each question as 0 and true or false.

For example if I do 2+2 it says that equals 0

and has the word false underneath it in capital letters.

Whenever I use my calculator, and do an equation, for an example, 2+2. It would always give a decimal as the answer when clearly it is not. For 2+2, it says 4.0 instead of 4. For 9.2+1.2, it says 1.0 instead of 10.4. I really don't know what to do because I have finals coming up soon.

Casio fx-82ES: Casio Calculator Button display 0 when I press number 1

The 2nd to last row on the number pad on the calculator displays the units below it.

When I press number “1” it shows “0”

When I press “2” it shows “ . ”

when I press “3” it shows EXP

When I press “-” it press “EXE” (enter)

whatever I press on the 2nd to the last row displays the units that are in the last row.

Please help me thanks.

Hi everyone

long ago I took out my Casio fx-85ES , and got surprised with this weird pixel error :

This one shows even up while the calculator is powered off .

So I tried fixing by removing the glass from the display , which went wrong (I’m a newbie in tech) because I heard something splitter , after turning it on I managed to do this :

The middle row is ripped unfortunately , so I got completely confused .
