Casio fx-CP400: Touch screen not responding, and when it does it presses wrong things

Touch screen will not work but the little times it does it just presses a button on the opposite side of the screen. Screen has no cracks or scratches. Never been dropped hard or anything. Resetting the calculator does not fix it and now i can't use the calculator since i am stuck in the language option screen. Please help and thank you!

Casio FX-991EX: Calculator is in 'PAUSE' mode

The calculation was done in VECTOR mode from the menu. When trying to do something, the calculator hangs, after clearing by the 'ON' button, you can see this status of MENU. Apart from these 3 modes, no other mode is showing, if I want to scroll up or down, the pause sign (2nd picture) is coming on the upper right side.

in my calculator ,while i type or click digit like 3 to 4 numbers the screen refresh automically ....i mean when i click my fourth or seventh number the screen auto refresh and all type on screen are being deleted...on the other hand sometimes screen not shown to me...if i click a digit for a while the screen shown to me then i press of the digit screen are off....i changed my battery...now what should i do? is this repairable?
