Cash Register: Register has error coed of printer error

Every time the tape is changed there is an error code of printer error and it is a nightmare to get the register to start working. We are unable to find anyone to repair the problem. This is a Royal 9155sc register

My cash register Sharp xe-a217b is showing this msg 'PRINTER ERROR Turn off the power.Remove the cause of the printer error. Turn on the power. Press [CL]’. I've load the thermal paper and press the CL but it still show the above msg. Please help..

I recently bought a Sharp er-a410 cash. it beeps continually when I turn it on ad have to unplug to stop it. The journal says Program Reset How do I do reset it to factory settings. thanks for any help

I am trying to reprogram the MDSE SBTL key to a triple zero and can’t seem to figure it out. My old sharp register had 0, 00, 000 right next to one another but this one is 0, 00, and a MDSE SBTL key. Does anyone know how to change it?

TEC MA1400 was on and drawer was closed. NS and other keys were pushed to open the drawer. The machine is in an alarm mode and key pad does not work on any setting. How can we reset the register?

Cash Register: Vending machine: How to update for new £1 coins?

I'm currently transferring to a new role which includes managing a vending machine. In the UK we adopted a new £1 coin a few years ago but no one ever updated our vending machine to accept them.

The vending machine machine has a Cashflow 690 coin mechanism made by Mars and I have checked the operating manual but couldn't find a solution. I checked their website for guidance and found instructions to disable old £1 coins, but no advice for getting the new coins to work. When I tried inserting the new £1 coin no information appeared on the display so I guess its not recognised.

Are there any vending machine experts out there who know a solution to program in the new £1 coin's information using the buttons on the coin mechanism?
