My machine will not stop spraying even though the push button is released. It will also not spray when using the upholstery tool. I've looked through the wiring diagrams and can only quess that it maybe the rocker switch. Do you have any knowledge on this?

The fasteners look like an allen head with a pin in the middle. Looks like you would need an allen wrench with a tiny hole drilled in the middle of it. Any ideas what/where I could get a tool like this?

When I turn on the unit, the light goes on but I don’t get any steam. I thought I put to much water in it. So I emptied unit started over, and still no steam. Is it possible the heating unit burnt out and is it something I can replace?

Simple bottom Question: How many average hours does it take for a Rug Doctor Unit to burn up or become not worth repairing. Anyone? Anyone?

I am a Home Depot Rental Associate. We have over 15+ units that we rent out. To give our customers the best possible unit after they are returned, checked and re-rented, I keep very close eye on the unit time of use for even rotation. Is there an average time line of hours for a RugDr unit from zero hours to end of use.

Mine is the might pro x3 rug doctor and I can't find. But water goes fast has to refill every 3 to 5 minutes…and no button is stuck is it me…not letting off so or something? I can't find no pump diagrams ( JLT SOLENOID PUMP P4XXA P40202A

AC 120V 60Hz Internal Diode 50278 RUG DOCTOR L.P FENTON. MISSOURI SERIAL NO: 12H33) took apart to clean and blow clean hoses. From previous owners. Did at first, but didn't blow the hoses or trough the pump..finally did. Works greT just to much water
