Canon T70: Attempting to take a shot, but buzzes, followed by beeping.

Just picked up a Canon T70 from a thrift store, and wanted to test it out. When I initially checked to see if it would take shots, it just buzzed. After the buzzing finished, the camera would beep repeatedly.

The battery level appears to be fine, although I have not had the chance to replace them. Looking online, I heard that it could be that the motor has seized up.

Does anyone have any experience opening up one of these cameras and adjusting/lubing the gears? Any tips?

Hi, I have a Canon T70 and I broke the battery door when I tried to extract old batteries from it. I have bought a second T70 for spares and repairs and I would like to know how to replace the battery door from one camera to the other please?

My T70 still works well but the lenses seems to fit a bit loosely, and I think it needs to be cleaned and adjusted

Pressing shutter button all the way down, opens shutter, releasing button does not close shutter, pressing shutter part way down releases shutter. is this repairable?
