I've had this printer for a good while. Suddnely this error pops up so i cleaned the pads then did a reset, i ene tried to put it in service mode. Nothing worked so far. Anyone can help with this.

Everything works...process completes but paper does not feed to be printed. The process moves all the way through except for feeding the paper to be printed on. Ink cartridges move into place, the paper feed turns on, but paper does not advance, the i can hear it printing.

I got a used Canon iPF710. The printer worked well at purchase. After I printed a few posters, the error code 03130031-2618 appeared on the screen. I shut down and turn on a few times, but the code still there. Cannot open Menu or do anything. I did some research online. Someone suggested to check the ink line. I did it and didn't see any air inside.

I was thinking about cleaning the printhead, but since I cannot turn on Menu, I cannot take the printhead out.

Please let me know what should I do to either remove the error code, or open Menu to replace the printhead.

I have a Canon imageCLASS MF4150 monochrome laser printer. A sheet of paper got jammed deep inside the printer, and when I tried to pull it out gently, part of the paper tore and remains stuck inside, while the rest was pulled out.

I powered off and unplugged the printer, then tried opening both the front cover (toner area) and the rear cover. However, only the outer covers opened, and I was not able to open the printer completely or access the internal jammed section.

The remaining paper is not clearly reachable from either the front or the back, and I am not sure which internal latch, lever, or section needs to be opened next to remove it safely. I don’t want to force anything and risk damaging the rollers or the fuser.

I found this part in the printhead when I removed the big black cartridge for replacement. No idea what it does or where it came from. Now my black cartridge doesn't work and the assistant states the cartridge can not be recognized.
