How to clean the lens protection system:

it's difficult to open/close it automatically; I must to open it manually.

I try to clean it by compressed air but without success.

I dropped my camera. The LCD is cracked and i can't see anything, however it turns on and off. Do i need to replace the LCD with backlight? can i replace the LCD without backlight? thankx

So ich disasembled the lens to clean it and now i cant put it back on. I know that there is secound Ring which has to be lined up so the metal pins can click in but somehow its not alined when I have the Lens out all the way out

I opened my sx230hs to clean the lens barrel after I got an error. E16. But I have failed to to assemble the lens barrel cause I cant remenber where what goes and how anymore.
