Canon PowerShot SX200 IS: My SD card won't lock. Help?

The SD card in my camera has stopped locking into place for no apparent reason at all. I havetried using a different SD card, so it’s a problem with the camera. It still works, because it is held down by the battery cover, but it’s a right nuisance. Can anybody help me?

Canon PowerShot SX200 IS: Why are all my pictures completely black?

My camera was dropped and then stepped on. The camera still turns on, displays previously taken photos, and the flash and shutter go off when I try to take a picture. However, when displaying what the camera currently sees, the screen is completely black. Any pictures I take are also completely black. I would appreciate any help on how to fix this problem! Thank you!
