Canon PowerShot SD1200 IS: Canon Lens Will Not Retract

For context, my friend gave me this ixus 95 (Sd1200) camera to keep, and it said to replace the battery so i charged it up, and it worked fine. When i tried to use the autofocus function, since it was still blurry, it wouldn't work, so i kept trying and eventually the camera effectively crashed, leaving the lens extended, now every time i power it on, it does a couple clicking noises then hands me a lens error. I was looking at the lens and the gap between the lens itself and the casing it a little uneven. I want to know if there is anyway to fix it. (for added context, my friend had it in their room for a while and its been a while since they tried turning it on.

Canon PowerShot SD960 IS: “Change battery pack” only when AUTO mode selected

I recently found my old Canon and batteries, and let both batteries charge to full power. When I tested the camera, everything seemed to be working until I switched it to AUTO mode (worked on picture and video mode). The camera says “Change battery pack” and shuts off, but I’ve changed it between both battery packs and attempted to clean the contacts with no luck. Both batteries are official Canon batteries. Please help, do I need to buy a new battery pack or a whole new camera?

Canon PowerShot SD200: No sign of life after repairing camera lens

I originally took apart this camera to fix the camera lens, due to being stuck while extended. I got the lens to work, tested it around 2-3 times and the LCD would turn on and work as normal. However, when putting everything back together, the camera will not turn on. I suspect I may have shorted it somewhere, but I've never worked on circuit boards or anything like that before.

Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated!

the cap/clip that opens up to where the battery pack inserts, is detached from my camera as I have lost it, unfortunately. Prior to me losing the cap, I had already broke it off the camera, however I would always just clip it back on. But I had noticed that every time the clip was fully detached the camera would not turn on the camera would only turn on when the battery clip was attached to the camera, so now that I unfortunately lost the battery clip, is there anyway for me to turn on the camera.
