Hello, when I try to turn on my camera, the power button turns green, beeps around 4 times, and just never turns on. Screen stays black the whole time. I have a fully charged battery in it. I did try inserting an SD card I had on hand, but I didn't know if it required one to even turn on. I don't really want to go through the effort of buying one if it still won't turn on.

Things to note: I bought the camera itself off eBay and haven't tried to clean it or anything yet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

This camera has been in a drawer, unused for years. I can't remember how I charged it and all or exactly what year I got it in. I cannot get it to come on. I guess the battery is dead, I don't know. But I have tried all the chargers that I could find to fit it but I havent had any luck. Please help

My camera works perfectly fine, I can take videos normally but when I go to photos my screen is black. I can see the settings on the screen but it looks like I am taking a black picture.

Canon PowerShot SD 600: Digital viewer no longer shows the photo image in the auto mode...

...nor manual mode, nor portrait mode, nor night snapshot, nor Kids &Pets mode. I can only view the image in Digital Macro mode. Otherwise the camera still takes a great photo.
