Nothing I do makes this go away. I can take a photo, but it also looks the same way. Is the LED screen bad and can it be replaced? What other options do I have?

hope you are having a nice day. When I press on to my camera to screen shows an image that doesn’t let me do anything but I believe the camera still works. Here is a photo of what it looks like, is there anything I can do at home to fix it?

It has only started doing this recently. If I hit the menu button it removes it. I have tried resetting the default options, but it still does it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
