Canon Powershot SD790 IS: Missing screws by Strap Plate

I am missing both of the screws on the side panel where the strap is. I took the camera to two different local camera shops, and they could not replace the screws. Where can I get these?

hi, from last few days I am facing a poor quality of photo while I try to capture photo, I removed the battery for 10 min and memory card, and after placing both first photo I capture is with the good quality afterward all photo will be blur

pls help be.
