Canon PowerShot A590 IS: Camera indicates low battery and shuts down.

Even with fresh batteries my camera shuts down - lens closes after opening - and the low battery light flashes. Is this a common problem, and is there a fix or workaround? Thanks!

Flash light seems to be de-synchronized from the trigger of the camera.

When taking a picture in dark, the flash activates one or two seconds too late. Thanks for help.

I am trying to move my pictures from my camera onto my computer so I can print them but I can not get the pictures to load. How do I connect my camera to my computer? I have the USB cable that was included with my camera purchase. Do I need anything else?

1/2" square black image appears on Lcd Monitor and in pictures. It looks like a piece of dirt on the lens but it will not wipe off, it must be on the inside.

Canon PowerShot A4000 IS: Camera Lens stuck and won't go back in!

In 2013, my parents got me a camera and it worked very well. It was never dropped or anything but one day while taking pictures at a parade the pictures started to become blurry and later that night the lens wouldn't go back in. For the past few years I've read about simple fixes online but nothing has worked yet so I gave up on it after awhlie. Today I charged the battery up and put it back into the camera and I wanna try again.

The lens is fully out and when I hit the power button I hear a weird noise and see the first two parts of the lens attempt to move but the lens doesn't go back in. When the camera comes on a lens error message appears and shuts back down.

I would love to get my camera working again because lately I've gotten into taking pictures and the camera is pretty new. It messed up probably 6 or 7 months after getting it. We never bought a warranty for it. Any help appreciated.

Note: I have cleaned the camera up a bit since the pictures were taken. It's been sitting around awhile so it got a little dusty.

The LCD image screen on my Canon A620 has quit working. I am unable to set the functions or use the menu. Is there a fix for this? I had the screen disassembled and there appeared to be a small battery on the PCB however I can not find any information on this at all!

My Canon A4000 IS went through the washing machine, and after drying it out in rice for a few weeks I tried to turn it on. It makes a fast clicking sound and the screen says, "Lens error. Will shut down automatically. Restart camera."
