I can take pictures inside fine. But when I take a picture outside and go to view it. It's just white. No picture at all?

Camera is not longer recognized by my computer (iPhoto). New pictures on camera are not showing up in iPhoto.

Also camera requests that I reset the date & time every time I turn on the camera.

it doesn't power up (batteries or ac adapter) after being plugged into the wrong adapter. Is there an internal fuse link that can be replaced or???

The camera will not keep the date/time programed. You can set it, but when you shut it down and turn it on it shows the time/date settings screen.

Canon PowerShot A470: Lens stuck between open and closed

I have a canon Power Shot that the lens will niether open all the way or close all the way. My 2 year old grand daughter was playing with it and now when I try to use it it says lens error, restart. i have tried that for a week. It isn't working. Anybody have any ideas?

We put in a new SD card and the camera says it's locked. I have adjusted it several ways and it hasn't helped. It shows how to set up card in manuel but the area I need to go to is inaccessible .

The camera starts to freeze on inserting the sd card and the local repair guy says the problem is in the card slot and not the card.
