Whenever I turn on my camera a white screen pops up. This screen stays there no matter what button I press and I’m unable to take pictures. Before that screen appeared I was looking at my pictures and the screen went glitchy and then the white screen appeared. I tried putting new batteries and a new memory card but the white screen continues to show. What should I do?
